We know very well that the waiting staff makes the restaurant. They make the first contact with the guest and by their professionalism, friendliness and culinary knowledge set the tone for your whole visit. Our aim is to treat you, provide pleasant and friendly atmosphere, help you with the selection from our specialties, advise on wine and food pairing and explain where our ingredients come from. Our Executive Chef regularly hosts tasting for all our staff where they discuss food, taste and quality, so that each and one of them knows what food you can order to your table. 

   

Miluška and Petr both have a wealth of experience and they have worked together before in the famous Slavia Café.

Miluška’s greatest joy is when she sees our guests having fun and her favorite item on our menu is Steak tartare. Petr loves baked duck and appreciates if guests have good sense of humour.


 

 

Dan s Petrem really enjoy the home feel and familiar atmosphere of our restaurant. Dan collected experience in top Prague restaurants including Láry Fáry. He can’t resist entrees and his favorite on our menu is the Goat’s cheese.

The youngest member of our team, Petr, came to us from the Krkonoše mountains and he always looks forward to our Executive Chef’s tasting, one dish he couldn’t live without is our wild boar.
