Martin Vaněk, executive chef

Martin is the soul of our kitchen. Thinking up recipes and cooking is not only his job, but a lifelong love affair. He has gained his experience in top Czech restaurants including the well-known La Bodeguita del Medio, Archiv restaurant or U Modré růže. He specialized on French cuisine, Cuban specialties but he always returned to the roots of Czech gastronomy. His philosophy is honest cuisine, simple recipes that accentuate the taste of individual dish. His favorite food is also very simple – a ham off the bone.


 

 

Petr Černohorský, zástupce šéfkuchaře

Petr loves true Czech, German and Austrian cuisine. That is why he is cooking at our restaurants. Apart from rich experience in some of Prague’s top restaurants he furthered his culinary art in Germany. His specialty are chiefly sauces and his favorite dish is the typical Czech svíčková – a beef sirloin in cream sauce.
